It’s about time….

Not much to say here. I have never really understood the point of these ‘About Pages’. I don’t care where you went to school or how many rugrats you have crawling around. Facebook is the place for that-not a blog. I’m not trying to be a dick or anything that’s just how I see it. To tell the truth I’m not exactly sure what blogs are for-oh well…..

Here’s what’s going to happen here-

1. I’ve been cooking seriously/professionally for a while now and by some miracle of nature I still enjoy it. I will attempt to post once a week with a recipe or cooking method.
2. Post silly stuff if I feel like it…
